Joe Rogan really wants people to know he’s flexible - so flexible in fact, that he’s claimed he could perform oral sex on himself “if he wanted to.”

(Weird flex but OK).

he made the not-so-humble brag during an episode of his podcast The Joe Rogan Experience on November 3, with guest comedians, Ari Shaffir, Shane Gillis and Mark Normand.

It all began when Rogan revealed that he “shaves” the hair in his anal region, but guests questioned whether he was actually flexible enough to do this himself.

Known for his rigorous exercise routines and practising martial arts (three black belts: Tae Kwon Do, Jean Marques Machado’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Eddie Bravo’s 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu, according to RoganTribe), the UFC commentator wanted to hammer home just how bendy he is when he made the crude confession.

“I’m very flexible,” Rogan told his guests, before going into more detail.

“I spread my legs apart and go head between the legs,” the 54-year-old explained before revealing: “Yeah, I can suck my own d**k if I wanted to.”

Shaffir, Gillis, Normand couldn’t believe what Rogan was claiming as they all responded simultaneously saying: “No, you can’t.”

Though Joe insisted that it was possible and described further how he knows he could do it... without actually doing it.

“I’m super flexible. I’ve never done it, but I’ve put it around my face just to know I could do it,” Rogan added.

However, the guests wanted more concrete proof than just taking the podcaster’s word for it and asked him: “Show us through the jeans, and you can touch your jeans with your head.”

“I can flatten my body out. You know I can,” Rogan replied before recalling a time when a friend asked for him to do the splits properly and he did.

Then Normand joked about why Rogan is hosting a podcast when he could be performing oral sex on himself instead.

“You still have a d***k in your mouth — you can’t enjoy it!” Rogan quickly quipped as he laughed.

After this, people took to Twitter to roast Rogan over his outlandish claim.

It’s not the first time Rogan has been roasted by people online. Last month, the podcaster was left red-faced after mistaking a satirical “dystopian police state” video for an Australian government advert.
