As part of Kim Kardashian’s 40th birthday celebrations, Kanye West gifted her with a hologram of her late father.
Robert Kardashian, the lawyer of O.J. Simpson and late patriarch of the Kardashian family, died of cancer in 2003.

He was brought back to life in a hologram, in which he appears to talk directly to his daughter.
The hologram of Kardashian, which was later shared on social media, was described by his daughter as “lifelike” and a “special surprise from heaven”.
In a clip shared on social media, the hologram can be heard saying: “I am so proud of the woman you’ve become, Kimberly.”
The hologram also congratulates her on her journey to becoming a lawyer.
Towards the end of the clip, the hologram says: “You married the most, most, most, most, most genius man of all time, Kanye West”
Some thought it was a touching gesture, whereas others found it (and specifically the quote about Kanye) a little odd.

West reportedly delivered the hologram to his wife during their recent trip to The Brando Resort in Tahiti.
