People are claiming this is the 'end of democracy'

Donald Trump may have won the US presidential election, but some people are not taking the news too well.

While Trump supporters argued that this is what the people had voted for, others began suggesting that maybe it was time to put an end to democracy - or at the very least, that this was signalling an end to it.

It also transpired that many people had 'wasted' their ballots by voting for Harambe instead of either Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump, with some claiming that up to 11,00 people had voted for the gorilla.
