Why this Canadian comedian uses Justin Bieber to explain why all Muslims aren't terrorists

Not all Muslims are terrorists, and not all Canadians are Justin Bieber might just be one of the most sensible statements uttered this year.

This Hour Has 22 Minutes cast member, Susan Kent, asked viewers to apply this simple analogy when considering the non-relationship between Isis militants and ordinary Muslims.

In a short skit, the Canadian comedian explained why Isis has absolutely nothing to do with the other 1.6billion Muslims across the world.

Dear arseholes. We all hate Isis - they're monsters. But do you know who else hates them? Muslims.

Stating that there are an estimated 30,000 Isis fighters and 1.6billions Muslims in the words, Kent notes that judging all Muslims by Isis is the same as judging all 35million Canadians by Justin Bieber.

Does that mean all Canadians throw tantrums while wearing expensive tights and giant T-shirts?

Attacking a whole group because someone in that group did something bad is always a dumb idea, whether it's attacking Muslims for Isis, Catholics for creepy priests or the entire Star Wars franchise for Jar Jar Binks.

If you really want to fight terrorism, tell you what to do, stop terrorising people.
