Remember in Superman, where Clark Kent can easily hide his identity by simply putting on a pair of glasses and no one is none the wiser?

Well, it appears that's what Donald Trump believes is happening in a fresh and unsubstantiated set of voter fraud claims.

The president is currently said to be furious about the ongoing midterm election recounts in Florida and Georgia.

In an interview with the right-wing media outlet, The Daily Caller, Trump has claimed that people are voting illegally more than once by literally changing their clothes.

He said:

The Republicans don’t win and that’s because of potentially illegal votes.

When people get in line that have absolutely no right to vote and they go around in circles.

Sometimes they go to their car, put on a different hat, put on a different shirt, come in and vote again.

Nobody takes anything. It’s really a disgrace what’s going on.

Trump's claim, which appears to be built on no evidence whatsoever, was confirmed in a tweet by CNN reporter Sarah Westwood.

Most of the internet was left completely flabbergasted by Trump's statement and proceeded to tear the accusation to shreds for its ridiculousness.

To be fair to Trump, this does appear to have happened before in other (animated) realities.

At this point, we really have to pose the legitimate question of whether Trump has ever actually voted?

Surely there is only one way to fix this?
