Gordon Ramsay mocked vegans and it didn't go down well

Gordon Ramsay, a chef almost as famous for his swearing outbursts in the kitchen as for his food, has sparked outrage after he mocked vegans in a tweet.

One user wrote to the chef on Twitter to ask for his thoughts on their vegan lasagne.

He replied claiming to be a member of PETA, "people eating tasty animals." He was, of course, riffing off animal rights organisation PETA - which stands for: People for Ethical Treatment of Animals.
