By now we know that the Trump administration has not taken the result of the election well and are refusing to concede despite Joe Biden being projected as president-elect.

So far, the president and his team are disputing the result and are attempting to launch legal challenges against alleged cases of voter fraud, which they have so far failed to provide any evidence of.

It remains to be seen how long they will attempt to promote this narrative before eventually giving up and accepting defeat but Trump is still president for another two months so it could go on for quite a bit longer.

One person who is feeling a lot like the rest of us right now is Trump's ex-wife Ivana who told People that she just wants the whole thing to be over already. The 71-year-old who was married to Trump between 1977 and 1992 said:

I just want this whole thing to be over with, one way or the other. I really don’t care.

However, she believes that her ex-husband is going to fight the result of the election until the bitter end, even if he doesn't have any proof of fraud.

He’s not a good loser. He doesn’t like to lose, so he’s going to fight and fight and fight.

Ivana also believes that Trump is possibly done with the world of politics, despite some suggestions that he could run again in 2024. Ivana believes he'll retreat to Florida and live out a life of luxury and wealth.

I don’t think he has a choice. He’s going to go down to Palm Beach and play golf and live the normal life, I think. This is the best choice for what he can do.

He has to go and declare that he lost. But he hates to be a loser, that I’m sure of. But if he loses, he loses. He has plenty of money, places to go and live in and enjoy his life.

Ivana, who is the mother of Trump's three eldest children, Donald Jr, Ivanka and Eric, believes that they had fun in the world of politics but now wants them to return to reality.

I just want them to be able to live their normal lives — normal lives. Not the Washington life and all that, just in New York or wherever they’re going to be and just live their normal lives.

I think they enjoyed being around Donald and running the election and seeing what will happen, but now it is — thank god — over. I’m not really sure what they are going to be up to.

That being said, all three of the children have been parroting their father's line of voter fraud so they clearly aren't ready to return to normal lives either but there have been reports that Ivanka's husband, Jared Kushner, has approached Trump about conceding the election.
