John Legend calls Trump 'a f***ing embarrassment' following bizarre press conference

John Legend is known for his opposition to virtually everything president Trump does.

After Trump’s bizarre and troubling press conference following America’s midterm elections, Legend wasted no time giving his verdict, calling Trump a “f****** embarrassment”.

Trump clashed with the media frequently during the press conference, telling multiple reporters to sit down.

He also lashed out at PBS reporter Yamiche Alcindor, who is black, for asking a “racist question” about Trump calling himself a nationalist during the campaign.

Trump also called CNN reporter Jim Acosta a "rude, terrible person" and told him CNN should be "ashamed" of him.

Legend campaigned for Democrats in Ohio and also opposed the nomination of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Legend has donated to a variety of Democratic candidates.

He has frequently criticised Trump publicly. Last year, Legend tweeted that Trump is "consistently loyal to white supremacists and Putin" and called him "the opposite of a patriot". He also privately challenged Kanye West for his support of Trump, in messages that West made public.
