As we have seen recently Kylie Jenner, of Kardashian fame, has a lot of money.

Earlier this month it was confirmed that Jenner was on her way to becoming the youngest billionaire in the United States, at the age of just 21.

Most of her $900m fortune has come courtesy of her lucrative cosmetic brand (coming from a wealthy family also helps) but besides that, she has other ways of bringing in the dollar.

At the time of writing Jenner is the eighth most followed person on Instagram, with around 112 million followers to her name.

This equates to a lot of money for her sponsored posts which earn her $1 million a pop, according to a report by WWD.

Although the likes of Selena Gomez and Cristiano Ronaldo have more followers their posts earn less at $800,000 and $750,000 respectively.

She also earns more money than her sisters with Kim Kardashian West earning $720,000 a-post and Kendall Jenner earning $500,000-a-post.

For instance, this selfie which was sponsored by fitness brand Waist Gang Society will have earned her more than you are ever likely to acquire in your entire life. Depressing, isn't it?

Let's not get too cynical though. This writer is just annoyed that the pictures of cats that he posts on Instagram have yet to earn him a penny.

Anyway, just to prove how influential Kylie Jenner's online presence is, when she criticised the redesign of Snapchat and admitted that she no longer opened the app it cost the company an eye-watering $1.3bn.
