People don’t know what to make of this NSFW McDonald’s toy

McDonald’s has just released a new series of toys for its Happy Meals. They've been lunched to celebrate the new app Super Mario Run, with Yoshi, Luigi and Bowser... And Super Mario on the toilet?

Needless to say, people are a bit confused at what looks to be a rather unappetising design:

But, then again, we can't afford to be hypocrites:

The truth is, we're really not that different to Super Mario.
