Trump’s former aide Roger Stone has baffled people as he was seen dancing to a rap song about Trump outside the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Florida.
The event which took place in Orlando is an annual conference for politically conservative people, organised and hosted by the American Conservative Union. It’s attended by right-wing officials and activists, and this year’s scheduled speakers included people like Donald Trump, Representative Matt Gaetz and Former White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
In footage that soon made its way to social media, Roger Stone was seen dancing in front of a large truck decorated with pro-Trump imagery that appears to show Trump with the physique of Sylvester Stallone in Rambo. The former aide was stood next to a rapper who performed a live version of the song that can also be heard playing. The song features questionable lyrics like, “patriots pulling up knocking on the Capitol”.
Twitter users were less than impressed, with one writing, “what fresh hell is this”. Another said: “Please excuse me while I gouge out my eyeballs.”

Others made reference to the Rambo imagery and the way in which Trump supporters view him.
@MollyJongFast It's always hilarious to see them picture Trump as an over-developed warrior; when, in fact, he wear… https://t.co/G3wxEAIJyT— Judy ''Be safe. Be kind. Vaccinate'' (@Judy ''Be safe. Be kind. Vaccinate'') 1614455662
Not sure which is more nauseating: the rapping bro, the deformed supervillain, or the Trump photoshop on the truck. https://t.co/JytcMLwXpP— Bob Cesca (@Bob Cesca) 1614461631
Others also pointed at the irony of them appropriating Black culture and music.
The Delusion and appropriation... This is just sad🤣😭😂 https://t.co/7gmOc6R0Tv— Coon WatchDog Foundation (@Coon WatchDog Foundation) 1614464461
We’re living in the dumbest of times. I wish we loved Black people in America like we love Black culture... https://t.co/sUJzHAm0FJ— Rex Chapman🏇🏼 (@Rex Chapman🏇🏼) 1614461875
