These skeletons show love has no labels

An array of couples, families and friends posed behind an X-ray screen dancing, hugging and kissing in front of a large, and initially highly confused, crowd.

But one by one, the participants revealed themselves and the powerful underlying message behind the stunt emerged. While they were all of different ages, religions, ethnicities and genders, their skeletal images showed that beneath our superficial exteriors we are all exactly the same.

This video is part of a public service campaign called Love Has No Labels which aims to make people think about the way they view others.

Subconscious prejudice—called “implicit bias”—has profound implications for how we view and interact with others who are different from us.

It can hinder a person’s ability to find a job, secure a loan, rent an apartment, or get a fair trial, perpetuating disparities in society.

The Love Has No Labels campaign challenges us to open our eyes to our bias and prejudice and work to stop it in ourselves, our friends, our families, and our colleagues.
