Old viral videos resurfacing on the internet can be quite annoying - but we're willing to make an exception in this case.

A video of a golden retriever playing dead so its owner won't make it leave the park in Atlanta, Georgia was uploaded to YouTube three years ago - but has been widely shared again today.

The poor wee thing, like a toddler, has decided what it wants.

And what it wants is to stay.

For what looks like forever.

Eventually, a stick proves to be too much of a temptation - and off they go.
