Trump finally broke his silence on Michael Cohen with his most Trump-like tweet yet

Donald Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen has pleaded guilty to 'multiple counts of fraud' and has implicated Trump himself over campaign finance violations.

Cohen pleaded guilty to financial crimes, plus a finance violation in regards to the 2016 election, reports The Washington Post.

On the same day, president Trump's former campaign chairman Paul Manafort was found guilty of eight of 18 counts of bank and tax fraud by a jury in Alexandria, Virginia.

Trump held a rally in West Virginia and made a point to avoid the topic of Cohen entirely.

However, he's now acknowledged it on Twitter in what might be the most Trump-like tweet ever.

A few minutes later he tweeted a rather friendly response to Paul Manafort:

Needless to say, the responses to this have been truly scathing:

This turn of events might well be the worst moment in Trump's presidency.
