Woman’s beautiful poem about raising her trans daughter goes viral

An incredibly moving and beautiful poem by the mother of a trans daughter has gone viral on Twitter.

The poem was posted by the twitter page @DadTrans whose wife wrote the moving words.

The poem touches on the bigotry that can be directed towards the trans community, as well as the difficulties that the mother went through while her child was transitioning.
