Over the weekend you might have seen this image circulating on social media.
If the grainy resolution, weird grammar, lack of commas in the numbers, and the fact the tweet features nowhere on the official McDonald's feed were not enough of a giveaway, the picture is a fake.
It was first published on hoax site Daily Buzz Live, which includes the disclaimer "a few stories are works of complete fiction. Those articles are for entertainment purposes anyway".
We're not sure how entertaining claiming McDonald's is stopping selling Big Macs really is, but there you go.
