Astronauts on the ISS have a new HD projecter. Guess which film they watched

Imagine you're an astronaut on the International Space Station, it's a Saturday night and you want to watch a film on the new HD projector you usually use for conferences. But what film to choose, what to choose...

How about Gravity?

According to US astronaut Scott Kelly, that actually happened last night.

Yes, a group of astronauts on the ISS watched a film about a group of astronauts struggling to survive on the ISS.

While you might think that's like watching Titanic on a cruise, or Snakes on a Plane as an inflight movie, researchers at the South Pole apparently really enjoy watching The Thing, a science fiction horror about an alien that attacks researchers at an isolated Antarctic base.
