Live TV is, and always will be, a minefield, where even the most simple task can go spectacularly wrong.
This week for example, viewers probably weren't expecting to hear the C-bomb while they were getting ready for work, but an accidental slip of the tongue provided just that.
BBC Breakfast presenter Dan Walker unfortunately mixed up his words while introducing a travel segment on the hugely popular morning show.
His co-presenter Naga Munchetty helpfully pointed out after the slip:
That was a mixture of country and culture.
