Live TV is, and always will be, a minefield, where even the most simple task can go spectacularly wrong.
This week for example, viewers probably weren't expecting to hear the C-bomb while they were getting ready for work, but an accidental slip of the tongue provided just that.
BBC Breakfast presenter Dan Walker unfortunately mixed up his words while introducing a travel segment on the hugely popular morning show.
His co-presenter Naga Munchetty helpfully pointed out after the slip:
That was a mixture of country and culture.
Journalist Susanna Reid tweeted:
#LiveTVProblems 😶 https://t.co/t1tOjc0eIX — Susanna Reid (@Susanna Reid)
And Walker replied to say that he thinks he got away with it:
Think I got away with it. Not sure anyone noticed 😳😂😬 https://t.co/FE5YAEfXeV — Dan Walker (@Dan Walker)
@mrdanwalker Wrong! We heard it 😂 — Jackie Wooding (@Jackie Wooding)
