Jacob Rees-Mogg is talking about a Carry On Brexit film and MP Jess Phillips had the best reply

Jacob Rees-Mogg, a Stephen King character masquerading as a P.G. Wodehouse one, has shared a poster on Twitter of Brexit as a Carry On film and Jess Phillips has come up with the perfect riposte.

The notorious Brexiteer and Tory MP asked the question:

If this film were made it would be worth paying good money to see but who would be played by Barbara Windsor?

Setting aside the fact that Charles Hawtrey would make a much more appropriate Rees-Mogg than Kenneth Williams, Phillips shared the tweet with the simple reply, “Jennifer Accuri”.

For those with short memories, Arcuri (yes, Phillips’ spelling is slightly off) is Boris Johnson’s alleged former mistress, an actress who recently refused to rule out the possibility that the prime minister ever used to pole dance in the living room of her London flat.

Infamy, infamy, they've all got it in for him or words to that effect.

People were delighted and had some thoughts of their own.
