Meanwhile, over the last year, Jedward has used lockdown to immerse themselves on the internet by sliding into fan’s DMs, speaking out in favour of trans rights and Black Lives Matter and even reached out to One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson.

As for Morgan, who believes in free speech, frequently speaks out against ‘snowflakes’ and bemoans ‘cancel culture,’ Jedward would appear to be not the only people that he has blocked.

Earlier this year, he blocked fellow television presenter Beverley Turner and branded her “pathetic” after she said she would not participate in a clap to commemorate Captain Tom Moore.

Other Twitter users have also said they have been blocked by the journalist when they express their disagreement with him.

Whether Jedward’s campaign to block Morgan from the reality TV show remains to be seen. Only then will we know their true power.
