Kate Moss got thrown off a plane but all anyone wants to talk about is that she flew EasyJet

Supermodel Kate Moss was escorted off an EasyJet flight by police for allegedly "disruptive" behaviour on Sunday.

The Mail Online quoted a passenger who said Moss was refused alcohol on the plane and drank vodka from her carry on luggage. She then reportedly called the pilot a "basic bitch" as she was taken off the plane on arrival at Luton Airport.

Twitter has been barely able to conceal its glee at this development.

Moss was on her way back from a luxury weekend in Bodrum, Turkey, celebrating her the 50th birthday of her friend, actress and designer Sadie Frost.

But rather than being shocked by the model's behaviour, more people were surprised that she uses budget airlines:

A spokesperson for Bedfordshire Police was quoted as saying: "We were called to assist staff in escorting a passenger from a flight arriving into Luton airport this afternoon. The passenger had been reported as being disruptive on the flight.

Officers attended and escorted the passenger from the plane. No formal complaints were made against her and she was not arrested."

Bizarrely this is not the first time Kate Moss and EasyJet have featured in the same headline. Last year Moss reportedly managed to blag her way onto the same Bodrum-Luton flight despite not having a ticket.
