Is the MLB serious with their new proposal?

Ben Stevens of "The Morning After" and Craig Mish of Sports Grid discussed the new threat from the MLB, forcing players to agree by Monday, February 28, or their regular season will be postponed.

"Do I believe the 28th is the day? No, I don't. Do I believe that sometime in early March, there has to be an agreement? Yes, of course, there has to be because opening day is the 31st," said Mish.
