Condensing ten summer reads into 140 characters is so bad, it's almost good

New research shows that millennial attention spans have well and truly deteriorated - one in ten young adults claims they've never read a novel.

When asked, only one in four Brits aged between 18-25 said that they'd take a book on holiday, compared to the three in four who admitted they'd be constantly on their phones to check out what they were missing at home.

Samsung Galaxy S6 edge asked Professor John Sutherland of UCL's English Department if he could help translate the top ten most popular beach reads (as voted for by 1,500 young adults) into 140 characters, or the length of a tweet, for today's TL;DR generation.
