Nearly six months on from the devastating fire in Grenfell Tower, lawyers representing survivors and relatives of victims have begun presenting evidence to a public inquiry.

Leslie Thomas QC, who represents some victims, described his concerns that the inquiry's advisory panel lacked diversity during a powerful statement.

Channel 4 News shared the video of his speech on Twitter, which Thomas made at the start of procedural hearings this week.
