Man who called police because he was 'too high', found in the foetal position covered in Doritos

Have you ever been so high that you called the police? This man has.

The Youngstown Vindicator reported that a man called police in Ohio at approximately 5.20pm, claiming he was ‘too high’ after smoking cannabis.

The police report says that officers who responded to the call found the man in his car, groaning and lying “on the floor in the foetal position”, and that:

[He] was surrounded by a plethora of Doritos, Pepperidge Farm Goldfish and Chips Ahoy cookies.

The man told officers that he couldn’t feel his hands, and in his car police found a pipe with pot residue, two packs of rolling papers, two roaches and a glass jar filled with cannabis.

Austintown police have not yet charged the man.

It has previously been estimated that a person would have to smoke 680kg of cannabis to trigger a lethal response.
