In 2012, Channel 4 commissioned Gordon Behind Bars, a show where Gordon Ramsay tried to teach a group of prisoners how to cook.
Fifteen years earlier, Steve Coogan's Alan Partridge had desperately implored David Schneider's BBC executive Tony Hayers to give him another shot at the Beeb - pitching a range of ridiculous ideas ranging from Monkey Tennis to, yes, Cooking in Prison.
The appearance of more recent shows like Britain's Hardest Grafter in the schedules makes you wonder just how prophetical Coogan really thought he was being in I'm Alan Partridge.
But one idea that hasn't quite made it on to the small screen is Youth-Hostelling with Chris Eubank (which BuzzFeedmocked up in this post).
Somehow, the joke has passed Eubank by all these years, with the former boxer tweeting:
