The Republican party has come under criticism for once again showing what an apparent lack of diversity it has.
On Thursday, Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers posted this selfie alongside Vice President-elect Mike Pence and their colleagues on Capitol Hill:

This comes after another photo in the summer, which was posted by speaker of the house Paul Ryan and the Capitol Hill interns. It sparked the hashtag #RepublicansSoWhite...

The Democrats reacted at the time, posting a photo showing their diversity:
