Laziness kills and you probably can't be bothered to read this to find out why

One in six deaths can be traced back to laziness, or inactivity, according to a landmark report from Public Health England (PHE).

According to PHE, inactivity costs Britain £7.4bn per year, with around one in two women and a third of all men damaging their health through lack of exercise.

The report claimed we were 20 per cent less active now than in 1961, warning: "If current trends continue, we will be 35 per cent less active by 2030. We have to turn the tide."

They add the physical activity could just be a brisk walk rather than a punishing gym visit.
