This mum's sweary post about parenting and chicken nuggets went viral for the right reason

Looking after ourselves is a hard enough task at the best of times, so having to care for two other smaller human beings as well must be virtually impossible.

As you can probably tell, this writer has no experience in parenting, but can sympathise with mothers and fathers across the land who're under a lot of pressure to do the best for their kids.

Keeping the little ones free from junk food, getting them to bed on time and stopping them from playing video games for hours on end isn't easy, but you gotta try your best, right?

Yet, one mother from Bolton is challenging the conventions that say you should keep your kids free from junk food and video games.

Chelsea O'Connor has scribed an expletive-ridden Facebook post which lays to waste those ideals which have been forced upon parents – and it doesn't take any prisoners.

Warning: As mentioned, there's a lot of swearing coming up. So don't read if you're easily offended.

The original post, which has since been removed, went viral on Facebook and was shared more than 4,000 times.

Since reposting it, users on Facebook have continued to spread the love with many applauding the nail artist for her honesty.
