New York Subway bans dogs unless they fit in a bag - challenge accepted

New York City’s Subway has banned dogs unless they fit into a bag.

This is presumably because big dogs take up a fair bit of room on a busy train - not that there's anything wrong with that.

Of course this new rule did nothing to stop New Yorkers.

They showed some real genius.

And some got very creative with an Ikea bag:
