Justin Trudeau, heart throb, great dancer, vocal feminist, and Canadian Prime Minister has sent the internet into frenzy by cuddling up to a unicorn.

People went wild after Trudeau was inducted into Gary's Hug Club. Gary, for those of you who might not know is a CBC Kids (Canadian Broadcast Corporation) character.

Gary, a blue and purple unicorn puppet opens the video (yes, there's video) by saying he's here with his friend "Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, yay!" he then asks the PM, "would you like to be in my hug club?" to which the Prime Minster replies that he'd "love to!"

Oh boy. I'm gonna do what I want to do all the time when I meet people: give them the biggest, squeeziest hug that I can. That's what you're gonna get, a Prime Minister's hug.

Gary then tells the Prime Minister that he's now part of hug club.

The internet reacted accordingly.

Some people got a little jealous.

Oh Canada.

Gary's hugs can solve anything apparently, even twitter fights.

If you're jealous too, you can join Gary's hug club here (no guarantee of hugging Justin Trudeau though, sorry).
