A couple got engaged at ‘Adele One Night Only’ and the internet loved it

A couple got engaged at the Adele One Night Only concert and people can’t get over how sweet the moment was.

At Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles, Adele not only took to the stage to highlight her highly anticipated new album, but she also asked the audience to get ready to see the sentimental moment between the couple.

A man named Quentin planned the adorable proposal to his girlfriend Ashley, who didn’t know they would be attending the concert.

“If you make a noise, I’m going to kill you,” Adele jokes to the audience as the lights begin to dim.

As Quentin comes out guiding Ashley, who is blindfolded, she asks him what they are doing.

A few moments later, the couple stops in front of the audience.

Ashley then takes her blindfold off to be met with the surprise of a lifetime.

“Oh my God,” she said as Quentin was down on one knee.

“What are you doing,” Ashley reiterates.

“I want to thank you for being so patient with me [sic]. I am extremely proud of you, and I mean every day, you blow my mind. There’s absolutely nothing that you cannot do. And I know that you’re going to be an amazing mother to our kids one day...I love you,” Quentin said as Ashley questioned if the moment was “real.”

“This is real; this is real,” he chuckled.

As the proposal was accepted and the crowd erupted with joy, Adele came out to say hello to the couple and got them to sit in front row seats.

To top it off, Adele sang “Make You Feel My Love.”

People on Twitter loved the romantic moment.

The two-hour special aired on CBS and is available for streaming online on Paramount+. Broadcast details for the UK have yet to be released.

Adele’s upcoming fourth album, 30, will be released on November 19.

She is also set to perform an exclusive ITV special titled An Audience with Adele on November 21.
