Donald Trump's crusade against Morning Joe, hosted by Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough, may have helped them to their highest ratings ever.

As always, the solution is a healthy and varied diet of reliable news sources - among which Donald Trump's Twitter feed cannot be included.
