Fox News has decided it doesn't want to give Sarah Palin any more money

Sarah Palin has parted company with Fox News for the second time in as many years.

The 51-year-old former governor of Alaska and 2008 Republican vice-presidential nominee had provided commentary on politics and American life for the network. Yesterday, the channel said it was not renewing her contract and that the separation was "amicable".

In June 2013, she returned to Fox News as a paid contributor.

Last summer, Palin started her own subscription-based online network, The Sarah Palin Channel.
