The two women from that viral pregnancy photo have now both given birth

Do you remember former Miss Universe finalist Chontel Duncan whose photo went viral after it showed two completely different pregnant bodies despite being only four weeks apart?

Here it is, in case you need reminding:

Thousands praised the photo for giving women with all different bumps confidence, but also met some criticism with people asking whether Duncan - who is now a high-intensity interval trainer - should be doing so much exercise while pregnant.

Duncan said at the time:

Each woman carries different and this most certainly doesn't mean one is doing something wrong or not healthy etc. We both have healthy growing babies and we both have had incredible pregnancies so far, feeling amazing and full of energy.

Now, the women have both given birth, and in case you were wondering, Chontel's son Jeremiah Thomas Duncan was born on Friday weighing in at 7’13 pounds.

The normal range of weight for a new born baby is between 5.5 and 7.5 pounds, which puts ‘Little D’ firmly in the safe zone.

Chontel and her friend Natalie, spoke to Sunrise television in Australia about what has been dubbed "bumpbgate", and she said:

If [exercising] is something that you did prior to falling pregnant, continuing your routine is 100 per cent safe for you, your pregnancy and your baby.

Natalie added:

[The pregnancy] just proves that it doesn’t matter what size you are, it doesn’t mean you’re unhealthy... it just means that you have two different pregnancies.

Charlee decided to say a few words ☺️󾍘🏽 cutest little man. It was cut very short so wasn't able to go into more detail but it was a fun experience for Nat, Charlee & I. #7:40am #qld #sunrise

Well, there you have it: just because you enjoy exercise during your pregnancy, or your baby bump isn't enormous doesn't mean you can't give birth to a healthy baby.

Who knew?
