You should always be careful about what you tweet or put on Facebook.
As our parents have always said - when it's on the internet, it's there forever.
In addition - future employers could be looking.
New research by YouGov has found that almost one in five companies have turned down a candidate after seeing their online activity.
Most frequently checked networks were LinkedIn, which makes sense given its supposed to be a professional platform, and Facebook.
When asked what they were looking for, the most regular offenders were aggressive language and references to drug use.

In fact, why have a Facebook account anyway? It's just an advertising platform on which you can see photos of your mates having more fun than you are in your basement.
It's probably why you post all those bigoted things.
