There are only a few ways that you can gracefully recover from falling over in front of thousands of people.

Then again, not all people are Gemma Collins.

Yesterday a video of the TOWIE star hitting the deck on stage at the Radio One Teen Awards went viral.

Thankfully she was fine, if not a little embarrassed.

It was kind of painful and hilarious to behold but the 36-year-old, who isn't one to shy away from attention, fully embraced the incident with an amazing response on Instagram.

The genius post has already received over 50,000 likes on Instagram.

Predictably her accident has already become a meme.

Everyone else was loving it too.

Luckily her mishap didn't ruin her day as Gemma got to meet Rita Ora and Stormzy.
