Ever find yourself craving a McDonald's at home and wondering why they still don't do delivery?
Well, now Brandi Milloy at Popsugar has given us a recipe to make them ourselves - substituting a few ingredients for healthier alternatives but keeping the taste (so no need to go out and find dimethylpolysiloxane).
Once you've cut the potatos perfectly the real secret is frying them twice for crispiness:
And you can add extra flavour with beef fat and bouillon:
