Israeli soldiers 'detain disabled 11-year-old'

New footage shows Israeli soldiers detaining a in Hebron, in the occupied territories, while settlers shout encouragement and racist remarks in Hebrew.

The footage, filmed by a volunteer for Israeli human rights group B'Tselem, Samih Da’na, on Sunday, shows soldiers handcuffing and blindfolding the 11-year-old boy while his neighbours protest that he is developmentally disabled child. The group has withheld his full name in the interest of his privacy, but call him a-Rajbi.

The boy was suspected of throwing stones. B'Tselem report he was held on the floor of an army jeep for 15 minutes until his father arrived and convinced the soldiers to free him.
