On Saturday, former Ukip leader Nigel Farage delivered a scathing speech at the Conservative conference in the US.
The highlight was Farage’s unsubtle slight towards Britain’s nearest neighbours on the continent, saying that the UK’s “real friends” speak English.
Following the speech, Farage joined Donald Trump and his daughter Ivanka for dinner at the International Hotel.
He was so proud of his crew, he tweeted a photo:

And… Well, it looks distinctly awkward:
