US President Barack Obama caused a stir earlier in the week by taking a tour of Stonehenge before surprising a family. Maybe the reason he's hanging around so much is that we like him more than the US does.
Obama's approval ratings have slumped since their peak in 2009. He's almost as unpopular in the US as David Cameron is in the UK. But Cameron and Obama might be comforted by the fact that they are significantly more popular than French leader Francois Hollande.
But neither comes near the post-9/11 approval rating of George W Bush, or Russian president Vladimir Putin in the present day.
