‘Hilarious’ viral video of woman attempting to parallel park her car has ‘unbelievable’ twist

A “hilarious” TikTok video of a woman struggling to park her car on the street has shocked viewers with its “unbelievable” ending.

The minute-long clip, which was shared to Twitter after being posted on TikTok by @richiibeata, sees the driver attempting to place her car in the gap between two vehicles – in the tricky manoeuvre known as the parallel park.

After first attempting to drive forwards into the gap, the woman tries reversing into it, at which point a dog walker decides to pick up her pet and promptly move out of the way.

Several tries later – including an approach where she decides to count steps in the gap and around the side of her car – another individual helps to guide her into the parking spot, giving her a brief hug when the driver is finally able to park her car in the gap.

However, the friendly stranger turns out to be the owner of the car behind her, and after all the trial and error, she gets into her car and drives away.

Responding to the video online, Twitter users concluded that the stranger truly “did her dirty”:

“Cut the wheel”, by the way, refers to making a quick turn of the steering wheel, but with all this explaining, we’d probably go and find a different parking spot altogether.
