Former New York mayor and Republican bigwig Rudy Giuliani, who is representing president Donald Trump throughout Special Counsel Robert Mueller‘s investigation into his campaign, has followed in his client’s footsteps by making a fool on himself on Twitter.

Giuliani accidentally added a URL when composing a tweet - and someone decided to make that link deliver a hilarious message.

Last week, Giuliani tweeted angrily about the timing of an indictment filed by Mueller. Though he used dodgy grammar, which resulted in some of the sentences starting without a space after full stops.

The formatting of one of the typos “G-20.In” created a hyperlink. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Trump’s detractors quickly turned into a website trolling the president.

The link leads you to a website with a grey background which simply says “Donald J. Trump is a traitor to our country” in white text.

The mistake, which initiated the trolling, was particularly funny given that Giuliani was once part of a cyber-security initiative created by Trump.

Others just bashed him for the typos, which seemed lazy and amateurish.
