The most fabulous way to respond to homophobic abuse

The festive cheer clearly hasn't spread to everyone this year, but this response to a homophobic bigot is enough to return a smile to anyone's face.

After someone scratched the word "faggots" onto their front door, the gay residents penned a letter to the vandal highlighting the error of their ways.

It reads:

To the individual who scrawled the word "faggots" into our door:

We regret to inform you that you completely failed to use glitter paint and/or sequins, your work looked rushed, and your handwriting was positively atrocious.

It is for these reasons that we had to remove your work from our door with sandpaper.

A picture of the letter was subsequently uploaded to Reddit by the couple's friend, Pwnyride13, who said: "I hate that things like this happen in the world but the overwhelming response shows that stuff like this is not the norm."
