The UK city where residents suffer the most traffic jams

... is surprisingly not London. As this chart from Statista shows, it's actually Belfast, with the capital fourth.

The figures are taken from the 2015 TomTom Traffic Index, which overall ranked Istanbul as the worst city for congestion (Belfast was 14th).
