Princess Charlotte, tiniest of the royal family, has turned one today.
Among her many presents, there’s an 18k gold rattle littered with diamonds valued at £30,000, silk figurines and a classic 19th century Chinese novel.

Francesca Marina was born in the middle of the Mediterranean during an overnight rescue operation by the Italian navy on 3 May 2015.
Fondly referred to as the “princess of the migrants” Francesca's birth was seen as a bastion of hope for the helpless. She and her mother were taken to a reception centre in Sicily.
