These are apparently Britain's most middle class beers

Stella Artois may be reassuringly expensive and Carlsberg probably the best lager in the world, but Peroni is apparently the most middle class beer in Britain.

That's according to an analysis of YouGov Profiles by YouGov, which found that half of people who buy Peroni are in the top AB social group, followed by 45 per cent of Heineken customers.
