Donald Trump mocked by literally everyone for suggesting his impeachment could lead to 'civil war'

When Donald Trump quoted a right-wing pastor who predicted a “Civil War-like fracture” if he is removed from office, it certainly raised a few eyebrows.

Republican Congressman Adam Kinzinger described Trump’s tweet Sunday as “beyond repugnant.”

Whereas Harvard law professor John Coates suggested that, out with the president’s current impeachment enquiry, the thinly-veiled threat might be grounds for impeachment itself.

Attorney George Conway, husband of White House adviser and “alternative facts” inventor Kellyanne Conway also mocked the president.

Naturally, given the ridiculousness of the statement, the memes and jokes flooded in. The hashtag #CivilWarSignup soon began to trend.
