Avengers fans are noticing lots of continuity errors with Endgame now it is on DVD

Avengers fans are an eagle-eyed lot, and they’ve been noticing a few continuity errors in Endgame following the release of the movie on DVD and Blu-Ray.

WARNING! Spoilers beyond this point.

What better way to show your love for a franchise than to scrutinise it relentlessly for plot holes and errors?

With that in mind, here are continuity errors fans have spotted:

1. The elevator scene

You might remember when Hulk was told to “take the stairs” in the elevator scene. Someone recently discovered a small error in Tony Stark’s elevator in Avengers Assemble, versus how it was seen in Endgame.

In The Avengers, Agent Coulson holds the elevator at the beginning of the film to talk to Tony Stark about the 'Avengers Initiative' after the Tesseract was stolen. In the scene, the elevator has wood panelling and a metal crossbar.

In Avengers: Endgame, however, the interior of the elevator is different.

Yes, fans have spotted even this minute detail.

2. Ant-Man in the final battle scene in Avengers: Endgame

Earlier this year fans submitted a so-called mistake on Moviemistakes.com.

The scene in question has Paul Rudd’s Ant-Man and the Wasp attempting to fix the Quantum Tunnel they’d set up in their van in the midst of the battle with Thanos and his army.

However, during this scene Scott Lang can be clearly seen in the background as Giant-Man thus suggesting he was at two places at once.

3. When Hulk gives Ant-Man tacos

Viewers will remember the adorable scene between Rudd’s Ant-Man and Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk. Earlier in the film, Ant-Man is startled by the landing of the Guardians of the Galaxy's Benatar ship and drops his lunch.

Hulk gives him two tacos. However the next shot revealed that Hulk was holding only one taco.

4. Captain America and Cull Obsidian

Another fan noticed a small continuity error in the final scene during Captain America’s stint with Mjolnir, Thor’s eponymous hammer.

In the scene, the Cap hits Cull Obsidian with the hammer at the start of the battle, however as the camera pans through the fighting, Cull can be seen further away from where he was and fighting Korg and Drax.

Right, now that that's done, you can happily weep as you are fondly reminded of the fact that Captain America was finally worthy.

If you know, you know.
