A few weeks ago a video of man, cruising along a US highway on what looked to be a skateboard, while drinking cranberry juice and listening to the Fleetwood Mac classic Dreams took the internet by storm and its easy to see why.
The video was made by and features Twitter user @doggface208 aka Nathan Apodaca, and at the time of writing has been viewed more than six million times on the website and has proven so popular that the song has actually reentered the music charts.
So thanks for the love and support an here it is my original video same as all going around but yes thanks for the… https://t.co/XM0qjFqsaC— *BLAZIN*4*1*NATION* (@*BLAZIN*4*1*NATION*) 1601233669
The video was so popular that Fleetwood Mac had no choice to respond. Initially, they said that they loved the video.
We love this! https://t.co/LgMGOGZIer— Fleetwood Mac (@Fleetwood Mac) 1601139564
However, the band have now gone one step better by actually recreating the video. Mick Fleetwood, who is the drummer and de-facto leader of the seminal act, shared a video on TikTok of him skating along, sipping on some cranberry juice and miming along to Dreams and we have to say that it is perfect.
Fleetwood added on TikTok:
@420doggface208 had it right. Dreams and Cranberry just hits different
Fans were delighted with this video, including Apodaca who said that he was 'beyond blessed.'

The original viral video, aside from being a fantastic clip, that is very much a vibe, has also helped Apodaca raise enough money to get his car running again. Speaking to TMZhe revealed that he has received $10,000 in donations, half of which he has given to his mother, adding:
I don’t know how many donations are going to keep coming in, but it’s a blessing. I just need a place of my own where I can cook and clean, and shower and s**t.
Amen to that.
